The weather had caused some chaos during practice and qualifying, playing havoc with the lines and making tyre choice hard to judge. Come race day, thankfully the weather decided to play along.
Tracey Hannah has been the model of consistancy throughout the season so far and a super strong run saw Hannah take the 4th spot on the podium. Justifiably, Marine Cabirou had high expectations coming into her race run but unfortunately a crash swept away any chance of a podium finish. Nevertheless, Marine fought on and still managed to crack the top ten. An impressive perfomance.
Benoit Coulanger finished in exactly the same position as in qualifiying, 11th , as Baptiste Pierronand finished 12th respectively. Both riders showed great form over the whole weekend.
Mick Hannah and Florent Payet were unfortunately absent from the finals as a result of crashes in training and qualifiying.
